With extensive experience as Chief of Corporate Affairs at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), I managed strategic engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, industry bodies, customers, and the Indian press and media. I handled corporate communications, public relations, media engagement, and stakeholder relations, strengthening SAIL's corporate image and external outreach.
40 years of experience, starting with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – leading association of Indian Business Community, followed by 34 years with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), under the Ministry of Steel, one of India's leading steel company and 17th World Largest producer of Steel. Gained extensive experience in corporate affairs, international trade, marketing, and coal import.
Worked on deputation from SAIL as CEO, International Coal Venture Limited - having coking coal mines in Mozambique.
